Matzah Ball Soup: Attempt #1

Last night, I tried to make matzah ball soup (a benchmark in every young jewish woman’s life). Unfortunately, it didn’t go exactly how I planned. First of all I put WAY too many chicken bullion cubes (like 8 when i really needed 4) so it was super salty. And for some reason the stupid matzah balls didnt cook all the way through, and were raw (since they are made with egg - its not so good!!!!) so basically it was inedible. My major mistake was not cooking the balls separately in boiling water, then putting them into the soup. The only semi-redeeming quality was the celery and the carrots, which were cooked perfectly. OY!
